Please note that we - and our many video producers - depend on colleges and universities, trainers, businesses, government and other agencies to pay the standard full price if we are to continue to release this work. Submitting your order
All orders must be accompanied by a valid institutional purchase order, VISA or Mastercard information, check or money order.

K-12 schools and public libraries may submit a written order on letterhead instead of a purchase order.

Your shipping address must be that of your K-12 school, public library, or community group to qualify for the reduced price discount.

Delivery and Shipping
All orders to the contiguous 48 United States will be shipped by UPS ground unless other arrangements are made. Please provide a street address, not a P.O. Box. While we usually ship withn 48 hours of receiving your order, please allow up to three weeks for delivery.

Orders to the 48 contiguous United States are shipped prepaid according to the following schedule (for Canada add US$5.00):
1-4 videos: $10.00
5-9 videos: $15.00
10-20 videos: $20.00
21–40 videos: $25.00
41 or more: inquire

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via Federal Express Two-Day Service:

 • All videos are leased for the life of the tape.
 • Public Performance rights are included with institutional purchase.
 • A license for closed-circuit use within a SINGLE campus is included with institutional purchase.
 • Purchase does not include nor imply the right to duplicate, recast, edit, abridge or transform the videos by analog or digital means or any other fashion whatsover without the express written consent of California Newsreel.
 • Purchase does not include nor imply the right to transmit videos by analog or digital means by broadcast, open-cable, direct broadcast satellite, internet or other means nor to any off-campus or distance learning site without the express written consent of California Newsreel.

Terms of Payment
Terms are net 30 days from ship date.

Guarantee
Any damaged or defective video will be replaced at no charge for up to six months from date of sale.

Preview Policy
Institutions may preview titles for purchase consideration only at no charge for a two-week period on a first-come, first-served basis. Preview cassettes are sub-titled with prohibitions against screening in class or training sessions. Preview cassettes must be returned to us promptly at the previewers’ expense to the following address:
