As a total-spectrum, one-stop shopping company, I.T.A. offers an array of other services to our international telecomp customers. These include:
- Reviewing customers' requirements and finding the best "fit-to-form" technical solutions at the most competitive prices. This can range from a general technology review to a specific "face-off" of competing vendors. I.T.A. can assist a customer in defining their requirements, in writing a technical and commercial request for proposal, and with final selection, sourcing, and negotiations with vendors. This, in part, is why I.T.A. has not committed to represent any one vendor's product -- the freedom of choice resulting from competition is more important to I.T.A. and its customers. I.T.A. values being seen by both its vendors and customers as an "honest broker." Our advice can be both technical and business related.
- Assisting customers with necessary program management support. This can range from assisting customers in acquiring freight-forwarding support through to the full gamut of detailed project planning and implementation. Further, I.T.A. offers its international expertise to other USA companies that are new to international transactions. In particular, I.T.A. has in-depth, hands-on experience in international financial and shipping arrangements.
- Offering I. T. A. telecomp customers with services in the area of mergers and acquisitions. Many international telecomp businesses are interested in being merged or acquired by US-based companies or others so as to be better positioned in a market niche, to gain needed financing to implement a strategic plan, or to gain other advantages. However, many of these customers do not know where to start with such an arrangement. I.T.A. has the expertise and conduits to assist with this.
- Providing technical consulting services when requested and only after an initial assessment of a request. There is much other activity in the international telecomp business and I.T.A. will only commit to providing consulting services if the effort does not adversely impact I.T.A.'s primary business focus.
