Here are some of I.T.A.'s recent accomplishments:
- I.T.A. was open for business not even two months when Dun & Bradstreet called asking what we were doing at I.T.A. Dun & Bradstreet is a company that amasses business information and evaluates every significant U.S. business on behalf of other businesses. We at I.T.A. were elated that we were a competitive concern to others and were being evaluated so early-on as a significant start-up company. Then, we at I.T.A. really started doing what we envisioned.
- I.T.A. made it possible for one customer to save over US$700,000 by providing a recommended alternate source for a major new network when its end-user's decision was nearly final to focus on only a given vendor. I.T.A.'s alternate source provided a more proven, reliable and maintainable system with better operational features, including true redundancy from end-to-end, than the system offered by the end-user's preferred vendor. I.T.A.'s charge? -- Nothing! Instead, I.T.A. offered to save this customer an added US$60,000 if the customer purchased selected items through l.T.A.'s discounted pricing as an offset to any fee (I.T.A.'s vendor/ customer considered this very fair).
- I.T.A. saved another customer in excess of US$100,000 in costs on two orders alone (compared to their traditional vendor who charged at least US$500,000 above I.T.A.'s pricing). I.T.A. saved a third customer over US$170,000 in proposed spare parts. Another vendor had proposed recommended spares -- and I.T.A. did not. The customer had no contractual obligations or operational need to purchase these items (I.T.A.'s technical analysis indicated that the customer's existing on-site spares were adequate). Cost: no charge!
- In yet another three cases, I.T.A. provided customers with quotations on telecom equipment that beat pricing provided by their normal vendors who had existing inventory, even after I.T.A. absorbed a full 20% wholesale price increase levied by the equipment manufacturer. In other instances, very large customers of "top 10" multinational corporate giants quit these vendors in favor of doing business with I.T.A. It seems that I.T.A.'s ability and commitment to deliver results when it gives its word made believers out of these customers.
- I.T.A. coordinated the first-ever, direct Internet gateway links between Poland and the USA at less than 50% of estimated costs and successfully delivered even with compressed timeliness.
- I.T.A.'s Quarterly Volume Discount Program delivered significant savings for international participants on tools/test equipment (prices ranged between USA retail and USA wholesale levels). Our custom-designed PC systems (loaded with the latest software) provide customers with savings 25-40% below USA retail prices.
