- While pointing with pride to its 300+ work-years of telecomp experience that it can bring to bear on any international customer's problem immediately, if needed, I.T.A. remains PRIMARILY FOCUSED on providing new, used, and rebuilt spares and new tools/test equipment (everything with a warranty). I.T.A. is focused on supplying spares and tools/test equipment since first-hand experience shows that this focus is needed: this is an often ignored area in international business planning; on-site sparing and test equipment can be needlessly expensive if not done properly; and these on-site items are very critical to a successful telecomp business for international customers since the pipeline time from equipment failure to replacement can be inordinate. - I.T.A. has or is establishing "preferred vendor" agreements with well over 100 major manufacturers and vendors who are the best in the business. I.T.A. is developing long-term, strategic partnerships with only the "elite" vendors in this group. Likewise, l.T.A. has direct access to over 70,000 other vendors that offer telecomp equipment and/or related services. I.T.A. is given preferential pricing by its vendors, especially on volume and repeat purchases, which allows for these savings to be passed on to our customers. As part of this program, I.T.A. has a Quarterly Volume Discount Special program for its customers, offering items common to the telecomp business with significant cost savings.
- Because customers agree to guarantee full payment up-front in the ordering process, I.T.A. assures its vendors that they will be paid in full when equipment is shipped or services are rendered which reduces the vendor's risk and cost of money-- the end-customer, again, benefits from reduced prices. Likewise, I.T.A. attempts to purchase directly from manufacturers, thus eliminating the fees of intermediaries, and passes these savings along to its customers. Also, I.T.A. is tenaciously dedicated to cost and process controls, to elimination of bureaucracy, and to keeping its overhead costs low by maximizing use of the best third-party support available. And, the customer gains the benefits of outstanding services at the most competitive prices.
